It’s Days Like This That Make Me Smile
It’s amazing how much better a little sunshine can make the day… especially when you’ve planned to take the pole out for a play down the beach!!!!
Today was super special because I spent it with my lovely ladies Dallas, Kylie and Alex. They rocked the pole and got a little audience going quite quickly. Granted, there were a few dubious looks, but mostly everyone was joining in with the fun and applauding the girls when they pulled out some kick-ass tricks.
We were up and down the pole like monkies and were trying out new doubles and triples moves,
some working and some not so much – but at least we tried. They’ll be practiced again and again until they’re nailed, like all the things that we can’t get first time.
I surprised myself with pulling off an elbow shoulder mount. After 3 weeks of solid yoga my old twinges had appeared which made getting this new move super sweet!
Whilst hanging around we had a couple of photo requests, which will hopefully transpire into trying the pole the next time we’re down there….. which looks like it’ll be pretty soon from how happy it made us all.
